In situ Welding at Plants

• TWW’s mission and goal is to Minimize Asset Downtime for our customers from across industries around the globe. By performing these services In-Situ you will be able to realize tremendous savings by eliminating costs and additional downtime associated with the disassembly and removal, logistics, transport and reinstallation of the machinery or equipment. Accurate, expert repairs and modifications are made onsite, right when you need.
• We also undertakes turnkey jobs in plants including erection, fabrication, heavy equipment installation, repair-maintenance, pre & post heat treatments & conducting NDT ( UT, MPI, DP, Industrial Radiography etc.) and we also provide NDT Level-II and Level-III officers and Welding Inspectors as per customer requirements.
• We cater the plant emergencies by working round the clock to reduce your plant downtime & meet the completion schedules.
• We have mobile vans & industrial kits to cater in-situ plant fabrication, repair maintenance and welding jobs equipped with variety of special machines suitable for numerous applications along with fleet of trained personnel. Its ‘Ambulance’ for welding or fabrication problems.
